Audience should understand the major signs a patient may have leukemia and see their doctor for further testing. Further, audience should feel more comfortable distinguishing between different types of leukemia categories. Dental providers will learn when to refer children to primary care to check for leukemia and medical providers will learn that it is imperative that pediatric patients go for their 6 month exams for another health professional to be able to have the opportunity to recognize signs and symptoms of leukemia.
