SUNY Upstate Medical University is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Dental Clinic department. This position serves as Residency Teaching Program Coordinator and administrative assistant to Chief of Dentistry. Perform a wide variety of administrative duties, including, but not limited to, maintaining schedules and records; purchasing; travel arrangements; meeting coordination and minutes, OR scheduling, and special projects as assigned. Provide backup as needed to other clerical functions.
Qualifications: Associate’s Degree and three years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree and one year relevant experience required, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Computer skills, excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are required.
