We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable general dentist (recent or upcoming residency graduates encouraged to inquire) to join our very busy, dynamic private family practice team in the Watertown, New York area – 40% of Collections – Current associates are averaging between 4-6K per week with two operatory rooms / two assistants.

We offer our patients a full range of general dentistry and specialty care including pediatric dentistry. Our private practice offers our doctors a fun, enthusiastic environment with doctor leadership roles as well as support from a professional and extremely well-trained management and clinical team.
The full time general dental position offers a generous compensation of 40% of Collections and benefit package including: medical professional liability insurance, life and disability insurance; a 401(k) plan with employer match; 3 weeks paid vacation; continuing education allowance.
