Fifth District Dental Society Event Refund Policy:

Refunds are only in cases of emergency.

Requests for cancellations/refunds must be received either by phone or in writing and accompanied by all registration materials, including badges and tickets, if received.

Requests must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

After that date no refunds -- including absences due to illness, late arrivals, weather, or parking difficulties -- will be granted.
