DentistryA dental education opens up a world of professional opportunities. In addition to private practice, today's dental school graduates can choose to work in hospital emergency rooms, conduct advanced laboratory research, teach future dentists or even travel the world with international health and relief organizations. Requirements
All states require dentists to be licensed to practice. In most states, a candidate must graduate from a US dental school accredited by the ADA Commision on Dental Accreditation and pass written and practical examinations to qualify for licensure.
Education
